Yes, and it’s a genuine advantage. We handle base-building security, CCTV and networks for the FM, and when a tenant needs their own fit-out, relocation or CCTV, you have a contractor to refer who already knows the building, the risers and the house rules.
We hold WA Security Licence 79960 and carry $20M public liability insurance, with 21+ years of industry experience behind the team. We’re used to building inductions, permit systems and working under an FM’s contractor management requirements.
Where a project touches fire systems — such as access-controlled doors on egress paths — we coordinate that work with our accredited fire partners so the security scope and the fire scope stay aligned.
