Managed Services

The office keeps working after the fit-out crew leaves.

Ongoing management of your tenancy's network, security and maintenance — with end-user IT support available through our partners. One agreement covering the systems your office runs on.

Managed office network

Your switches, firewall, WiFi and internet monitored and managed — patched, backed up configurations, problems seen and fixed rather than discovered.

Security platform management

Access credentials added and revoked as people join and leave, camera health monitored, footage retrieved when you need it — the administration that otherwise lands on your office manager.

Maintenance agreements

Scheduled servicing across your security and fire systems (fire testing to AS 1851 with our accredited partners), so compliance and reliability are handled on a calendar, not on a breakdown.

IT support & helpdesk

End-user IT support — helpdesk, devices, Microsoft 365 — available through our managed-services partners as part of the same relationship, if you want the full stack from one place.

Why it matters

Offices don't have an IT department on the floor.

In most tenancies, "who looks after this?" has a different answer for the WiFi, the cameras, the door controller and the fire testing — and half of those answers are "nobody, since the installer finished." Small problems accumulate until they're a bad day.

A managed agreement replaces that with a calendar and a phone number. Credentials get administered, systems get watched, testing happens on schedule, and when something breaks there's no debate about whose problem it is.

Common questions

What exactly do you manage versus your partners? +

We directly manage the office infrastructure: network, WiFi, internet, security systems and the maintenance calendar. End-user IT support (helpdesk, laptops, Microsoft 365) is delivered through our managed-services partners under the same relationship — one agreement, clear responsibilities, no gap in the middle.

We already have an MSP. Does that work? +

Comfortably. Plenty of our work is the office infrastructure layer under someone else’s IT support — we run the network, security and maintenance, and hand your MSP a documented environment they’ll thank you for. We’re used to sharing the demarcation cleanly.

What does a typical agreement include? +

Most tenancies land on: managed network and WiFi, security platform administration, scheduled maintenance across security and fire, and an agreed response arrangement for faults. It’s scoped to your office rather than sold as a fixed bundle — the proposal states exactly what’s covered.
