We're a Perth business focused on corporate office tenancies — the floors of the CBD's towers where law firms, resources companies and professional practices work. Fit-outs, relocations, upgrades and the ongoing management afterwards: security systems, fire systems, structured cabling, networks and managed services, delivered as one scope.
Highrise Systems was founded by the team behind Great White Security, a WA security installer with technicians carrying 21+ years in the industry. Working in the city's office towers, we kept seeing the same thing: tenants juggling a security installer, a cabling contractor, an IT provider and a fire company for one office — and projects stalling in the spaces between them. HRS is the answer we thought should exist: the whole technology scope, one accountable partner, built for towers.
The trades that require specific accreditation are delivered with specialists — fire detection and certification work runs through our accredited fire partners, and end-user IT support through our managed-services partners — under our coordination and our contract. What you get is simple: one number to call, and no gaps.
