Fire Systems

Fire compliance, handled inside the same contract.

Every fit-out touches the fire systems, and fire is where projects stall. We deliver tenancy fire works and certification with our accredited fire partners — sequenced with the rest of your project, under one contract.

Fit-out fire works

New walls, rooms and ceilings change your fire coverage. Detection, occupant warning and EWIS interfaces are updated to match your new layout and keep the tenancy compliant.

Base-building interfaces

Your tenancy's fire systems have to talk to the building's — panel interfaces, occupant warning zones, and coordination with building management for isolations and testing during works.

Compliance & certification

Fire work is certified by accredited practitioners, with the documentation your building manager and certifier will ask for at completion.

Routine testing & maintenance

Australian Standard AS 1851 sets ongoing inspection and testing schedules for fire systems. We can wrap that routine servicing into the same agreement as the rest of your technology.

Straight answer

Delivered with accredited partners — by design.

Fire detection work and certification legally require accredited practitioners, and we don't pretend otherwise. Our fire scope is delivered with accredited fire partners under our project management — you get the specialists the law requires, without adding another contractor to your project.

What we bring is the sequencing: fire isolations booked when the building needs them, detection changes landing with the ceiling works, certification ready at handover instead of chasing it after move-in.

Common questions

Are you a fire contractor? +

Fire detection and certification work is delivered with our accredited fire partners — specialists registered for exactly this work. It sits under our contract and coordination, so you get one point of contact and one accountable party, with the accreditation the work legally requires.

Why bundle fire with the rest of the fit-out? +

Because it's where fit-outs stall. Fire works need isolations, building coordination and certification at exactly the moments other trades are trying to close ceilings and hand over. Having one contractor sequencing security, cabling and fire means those clashes get managed instead of discovered.

What happens with fire testing after the fit-out? +

Fire systems carry mandatory routine testing under AS 1851. Whether that obligation sits with you or the building depends on your lease and what serves your tenancy — we map who owns what during scoping, and can include your share of it in an ongoing services agreement.
