Security Systems
Access control, CCTV, intercoms and alarms for corporate offices in Perth's towers — designed around your floor plate, your building's systems, and the platforms your organisation already runs.
Card, fob or mobile-credential access on your entry doors, secure rooms and stores — integrated with base-building access (lifts, after-hours entry) where the building allows, and with your other sites where your platform supports it.
Cameras covering reception, entries and sensitive areas, recorded locally or to your corporate platform, with footage available to the people who need it and nobody else.
Reception and after-hours entry handled cleanly — video intercoms at your tenancy entry, tied into your access control so visitors get let in without anyone leaving their desk.
Intrusion detection for your tenancy with monitoring options, armed and disarmed from the same credentials your team already carries.
Working in towers
In a tower there's a base building and there's your tenancy, and the line between them matters. Your access control has to respect the building's — lift access, after-hours entry, fire egress rules. Your cabling runs through shared risers on building rules. Your installers need building inductions and have to work around neighbouring tenants, which usually means after-hours.
This is the work we've built the business around. We handle building management, induction and access coordination as part of the job — not as a surprise variation.
Usually, yes. Most towers run building-wide access on the lifts and after-hours entries. We coordinate with building management to integrate your tenancy access where the base-building platform allows it, so your staff carry one credential, not two.
If your organisation runs a corporate security platform, we design the Perth installation to join it rather than duplicate it — same management console, same credential policies, cameras visible to your existing monitoring arrangements. Where that isn't possible, we'll say so up front and propose the closest workable option.
Our focus is corporate tenancies, but we also take on base-building work for building owners and facilities managers. If you manage the building itself, talk to us about upgrades, replacements and maintenance.
