Generally no — and we’ll say so in the design. Heavy modelling and drawing sync belong on wired gigabit-or-better drops; WiFi is for laptops, meeting rooms and everyone’s second screen of the day. The honest answer is more cabling than a generic fit-out quote allows, and it’s cheaper installed once than retrofitted.
Yes. A controlled door on its own access group, entry logged per person, and CCTV positioned at the entry rather than over the desks. When the tender closes, the access group is dissolved and the log remains — useful when probity requirements apply.
